1 In order for the support to be able to assist you with problems with the system, the appropriate access must be activated.

3 To do this, go to "Client" -> "Settings" in the navigation menu and then to "Grant access for technical support".

5 * The option "Grant access to the administration area" allows the support to view and change all settings! Accessing the data of the inbox is not possible with this option.
6 * The option "Grant access to the inbox" allows the support to have full access to the mailbox.

10 Once the issue is resolved, make sure to revoke the access permission by unchecking the option.
