11.1 | 5 | Text templates are global texts that can be used within other templates, such as [[mail templates>>doc:Formcycle.UserInterface.FilesAndTemplates.Email]]. For this purpose, they can be inserted into the text using the [[variable selection menu>>doc:Formcycle.UserInterface.Variables]]. It is also possible to maintain email mailing lists by specifying the email addresses separated by commas and then setting them as placeholders for the //Email to// field in actions of type [[Email>>doc:Formcycle.Designer.Workflow.Actions.EMail]]. |
